General Operating Tips & Best Practices

Storage

a. After each use, before storing or before switching chemicals, spray water through the machine for 20 seconds to rinse out the line of any leftover chemicals that may start to build up.

b. Do not transport or store chemicals in the tank while it is connected to the sprayer. If you want to store chemicals in the tank, we recommend you purchase a tank cap and first seal up the tank prior to transportation or storage of the sprayer. If you do not empty the tank or cap it off, the user runs the risk of the liquid spilling in the case and damaging the electrical board in the unit or in the battery.

c. A plugged nozzle can occur if the machine is not regularly rinsed. If you have a plugged nozzle, remove the nozzle, soak it in hot, soapy water for 10 minutes, and then blow out the nozzle with compressed air. Watch video on cleaning and maintenance to see a demonstration.

Nozzle Adjustment

a. Remove the battery from the unit.

b. Insert the nozzle wrench into the front end of the unit.

c. Rotate wrench until the tabs on the nozzle and the slots on the wrench are lined up.

d. When the wrench slots and the nozzle tabs are lined up, the wrench will be completely inserted in the front end. Rotate the wrench clockwise to adjust to a different size spray. The largest particle tip has a line cut through it; rotate clockwise until you hear a click, to get the medium particle setting, rotate clockwise again until it clicks to get the smaller particle setting.

e. Remove the wrench when complete.
